Performance of Flagship Programmes in Tamil Nadu

In this paper, a brief note on the Eleventh Plan targets and 15 major Centrally Sponsored (flagship) Schemes that have been identified at the central level covering various sectors - rural and urban development, agriculture and water management, education, health, nutrition, drinking water and sanitation, and power.
